I loved the fast Wi-Fi and the beautiful lounge area. The supermarket nearby made it super convenient for snacks. Our room was always perfectly cleaned, and the water and coffee amenities were a nice touch. Plus, being so close to the subway was a huge bonus! 😊

The restaurant closing at 9 p.m. is an annoyance!!! WiFi strength on the ground floor could be better!!! Better access to friends' rooms without needing assistance would enhance convenience!!!

Comfortable room, attentive service, particularly impressed by the front desk staff who went above and beyond to retrieve a forgotten item for us, along with convenient transportation access just a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Nagahori station.

While the location provided quick access to Dotonbori, the nearby dining options should be more varied, as the supermarket next door felt like the primary choice. Overall, the service was commendable with staff who went out of their way to assist us, especially with luggage handling.

Perfect spot for a quiet stay!
This place is super close to the metro, just 2 stops from Namba! The staff couldn’t be friendlier. Our room was always spotless and comfy. Although there aren’t many restaurant options near the hotel, the Oasis store next door has yummy food at great prices. The only thing is the room was a bit on the small side for our taste.
